Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No contracts at all! You can sign up for a one-time clean or try out a monthly or every 2 months package to save money. You are completely free to pause, change, or cancel your service at any time with a simple text message.
How often should I have my trash bins cleaned?
For most homes, our Every 2 months package is the sweet spot to keep smells at bay all spring, summer, and fall. However, if you have a large family, young kids in diapers, or pets, our Monthly Summer Stench Shield is highly recommended during the hot Utah summer months to prevent flies, maggots, wasps, and rodents.
Do you bring your own water?
We bring our own commercial-grade portable pressure washer, specialized tools, and sanitizers. We connect to your home's outdoor garden hose spigot for the water supply.
Are you using hot water or cold water?
We use high-pressure cold water paired with heavy-duty manual scrubbing and professional-grade, eco-friendly sanitizers and deodorizers. Our process breaks down baked-on grime, grease, and slime just like a hot-water truck, but without the premium price tag.
Are your services safe for my family and pets?

Can you remove stubborn stains and odors?
We guarantee to eliminate 100% of the foul odors living in your bins. Our process combines heavy-duty manual scrubbing with high-pressure rinsing to remove built-up slime, grease, and caked-on gunk. While we will get your bins incredibly clean, some deeply embedded plastic discoloration or old stains might remain.
What can't you clean off my trash cans?
While our pressure washers blast away standard household waste, slime, and grease, we cannot remove permanent structural damage. This includes dried commercial paint, cured construction adhesives, heavy motor oil stains that have fused with the plastic, or permanent chemical burns.
What happens if it rains or snows on my scheduled day?
We wash bins rain, shine, or light snow! A little precipitation won't stop our pressure washers from blasting away the slime inside your cans. However, if severe winter weather, freezing temperatures (which turn driveway runoff into dangerous ice), or heavy thunderstorms make outdoor work unsafe, we will text you immediately to reschedule your service for the very next clear day.
What happens when temperatures drop below freezing?
Your safety is our top priority! When temperatures drop below 32°F along the Wasatch Front, spraying cold water can instantly create thin, dangerous sheets of black ice on your concrete driveway or sidewalk. If freezing weather is forecasted for your trash day, we will proactively text you to pause your service or reschedule it for a warmer afternoon when the ice risk is completely gone.
